Embarking on my journey to embodiment started at an early age. At 5, I pondered the universe, setting the stage for an unconventional path. By 18, lost and in unhealthy relationships, a psychedelic experience urged me to change course. Over 4 years, life unfolded: relationships, college, moving, career, pandemic. Experimenting with psychedelics became part of my exploration. A pivotal moment occurred at a conscious festival in 2019. Amidst beauty, a wave of sadness surfaced, revealing ancestral pain. Facing it brought release and marked the third crucial experience leading me forward.

In January 2021, seeking answers in Oakland's chaos, I stumbled upon a Psychedelic Society event. A guided psychedelic journey beckoned, marking my first macrodose. It was profound, revealing a reconnection with the universe. A few days later, a shower brought ancestral pain to the surface, prompting an apology to my mom. Between March and August 2021, I faced another journey, shown a path of support in the psychedelic space. It marked the beginning of my impactful work.

The story continues with my third journey post my mom's passing. Fear and grief unfolded, bringing profound realizations. Integrating this experience took time, with embodiment practices like ecstatic dance aiding the process. In the journey of coming full circle, psychedelics and embodiment practices have propelled me into new ways of being. Now, dedicated to supporting others, I navigate the darkest corners of the mind and celebrate life's brightest moments. My mission is rooted in authenticity, offering support in times of chaos and celebrating joy when life smiles.
