I provide a trauma-informed, evidenced-based approach combining Mindfulness, Breathwork, Somatic Experiencing, Inner child & Re-parenting Work/Internal Family Systems, & EMDR so that you can have the tools to regulate your nervous system, develop a more accepting relationship with yourself, & process the past so you can experience more peace in the present.
